| PAYMENT of BILLS |

please settle your account with the cashier at the front office at least
one (1) hour before check-out or upon request by this resort or immediately
upon presentation of resort bill personal checks or credit will not be
accepted unless arranged in advance with the approval of management. credit card payments are subject to charge transaction fee, please inquire
at front office. |

|
| VALUABLES |
|
a safety deposit box is available at our front office for our resort guests.
the safety deposit box will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. please
inquire at the front office regarding certain holidays and for special
arrangement with the safety deposit box. |

|
|
| DAMAGES |
|
damages of resort properties made by either the guests or their visitors
shall be charged to the guests account for reimbursement of the value or
replacement. |
|
|
|
| RESORT VISITORS |
|
visitors are requested to register or announce themselves at the front
office. the guest will be only notified of their visitors who will be requested
to wait at the lobby visitors are allowed only up to 11:00p.m. inside the
guests room. any person who wish to stay after 11:00p.m. will automatically
be charged as an extra person. |

|
| LIGHTS & WATER |
|
always turn off the light and water unplug unnecessary electrical device
to prevent accidents. make sure faucets are turned off after using. |
|
|
|
| PETS |
|
pets are not allowed inside. |
|
|
|
| ROOM KEY |
|
room key should be deposited at the front office when leaving the resort.
after making sure that the doors are locked. keys are given only to the
guests upon proper identification to avoid opportunists in the resort.
please observe proper diligence in keeping the room key. guest is liable
for to lost key and will be charged php 1500.00 |
